What were your biggest challenges before you used pdc digital Manager?

The first questions we asked ourselves to narrow down potential event management systems were: Which systems provide timely technical support in our language, are affordable, capable of handling the challenges we faced, and can offer us the solutions we need?
The biggest challenge was that we were dependent on external third-party platforms, which created too many dependencies. For example, if other event applications suddenly ceased operations, all our events would be lost. Furthermore, while all event applications could do many things, they could not provide what we specifically needed.
A major problem with other event applications was, for example, that the reminder emails did not work without having to import data beforehand. We need solutions that allow all processes within a system to be executed at the push of a button. We also wanted to be able to promote external events with little effort and make them highly visible.
