Philosophy
The communication offerings have quadrupled within a generation, whereas the human capacity for information processing has stagnated. More and more information is flooding consumers,
which inevitably leads to an information overload. The changed media usage leads to a fragmentation of the target audience. As a result, it is becoming increasingly difficult to specifically address customers. At the same time, there is a need to engage more intensively and sustainably with customers and prospects.
These complex relationships make it necessary to consider not only the industry- and company-specific needs and desires but also the different communication circumstances of the target group.
Thanks to our many years of experience in consulting and managing one-to-one marketing activities, we are well acquainted with these requirements.
