2. What personal data do we process for what purpose?

2.1 Customers and Suppliers

a) Customers: If you are a customer or supplier of ours, we process the data you provide about yourself or your employees or customers (name, address, email address), related correspondence (orders, order history, account manager, invoices, reminders, other contractual correspondence), and additional documentation arising in connection with the order (work products, meeting minutes, documentation of services, etc.) in order to fulfill the corresponding orders. As a customer, you may also receive our newsletter, which you can decline at any time.

b) Users of Online Services: When you use an online service provided by us, such as Odoo PDM (Digital Manager), xOnline, or xProduction, etc., we process the data you provide as well as the data generated in connection with the service (access time, IP address, etc.) in order to offer you the corresponding service.


2.2 Personal

a) Applicants: When you apply with us, we process the data you provide as well as any references obtained from individuals you have named, in order to assess your suitability for the position. If you are hired, this information will be included in your personnel file.

b) Employees: If you are employed with us, we process your data (all information you provide (including information about your dependents, e.g., for family allowances or emergency lists), information about your position (salary, job description, etc.), as well as any health data (e.g., medical certificates) and other data (e.g., your assignment data or performance data) in order to manage the employment relationship.

c) IT Monitoring: We use technologies to ensure the security of our IT systems. This also includes systems that monitor certain activities of employees. These data are generally processed only in an aggregated manner, but can be individually evaluated in case of suspicion or detection of misuse.


2.3 Website

a) Website visitors: When you visit our website, we process the associated access data (visited website, time of access, source/referral from which you arrived at the page, browser used, operating system used, IP address used) to enable the use of the website (establishing a connection), to ensure system security and stability, for the optimization of the internet offering, as well as for internal statistical purposes.

b) Contact form: If you contact us through the contact form or otherwise, we process your personal data to respond to your inquiry.

The above-mentioned data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements, including communication with authorities and courts, as well as the enforcement and defense of legal claims.

The recipients are generally located domestically. In certain cases, however, we may also disclose personal data to IT service providers and other recipients located abroad (notably in EU countries).
