Description
Control module including functions for independent (SELF-SERVICE) execution of campaigns. The handler has a management tool with features and functions for outputs (digital - postal possible) of its own campaigns.
Process Solution
With the xProduction.Selfservice, various predefined templates are made available to the dealer. They can find them in the library and select the subject/content. The templates are visually presented for the user to edit and approve. Depending on the requirements, specific areas of the templates (digital or postal) can be individually edited. The user is guided through the steps and can efficiently edit the campaign and approve it for production.
The templates are provided by the brand and can be used freely. The responsibility for data processing (use of address data) lies with the user.
